Our Durability classes are all about building resilience in the body and promoting longevity in our training life and beyond. We feel that Durability is a key component to what we do here at The Tribe because it provides our members with the quintessential piece of training that most of us ignore: RECOVERY. Durability can be beneficial for every physical level; from beginner to elite athlete! Our Durability classes help you stay ahead of the injury curve and promote muscle, joint, and tissue health throughout the body.
Thanks to the Onnit Academy in Austin, Texas, several of our coaches have been certified to guide our Tribe members through bodyweight movement based classes that help our athletes get healthy, stay healthy, and better understand the proper execution of movement in our CrossFit classes.
