New to high-intensity workouts? Not sure what Olympic lifting is? Never even thought of doing gymnastics before? Don’t worry!

Our fundamentals program is designed to introduce athletes to all of this and more. These sessions are one-on-one, and are typically held outside of regular class times. We start with the basics, ensuring each athletes has an understanding of good body mechanics before moving on to gymnastic and barbell movements. We typically schedule four Fundamentals sessions with new members before you join the class; this allows us to have ample time with you to answer questions, work on deficits, and get you comfortable with everything we do here at The Tribe.
