The Long Game!
Welcome to THE LONG GAME! We are so excited to announce our latest team nutrition challenge with Renaissance Periodization beginning September 18 through December 16. This fall we are recruiting a group of brave souls who are committed to The Long Game, i.e. helping your coaches stay accountable! Together we will set goals and CRUSH them. RP Strength has designed customized templates based on gender, weight, and fitness goals focused on either lose fat or gain muscle. Their user-friendly Excel spreadsheets allow you to base your meals and marcos on exercise intensity, frequency, and even time of day to maximize your nutrition. When you purchase your template through RP Strength, you will get a custom spreadsheet with “How to Guide” and FAQ.
**Once we get 15 people signed up on the whiteboard, we will have a discount code for everyone. Wait to purchase your template until we give you the code!
We chose RP Strength because we believe in their product; Nick, Chelsea, and Beth have all been utilizing their templates in order to get ready for the challenge and we can see changes already. But now we need YOU!
We will have weekly and monthly Team Challenges to earn points and bragging rights.
Here are some important dates —
September 7-15: sign up on the whiteboard!!
September 15: final sign up date. Make sure you’ve purchased your template so you can get all of your questions answered before Day 1!
September 18: The challenge kicks off with Benchmark Week and goal setting with your teammates
September 30: 9AM Team WOD #1
October 28: 9AM Team WOD #2
November 18: 9AM Team WOD #3
December 16: 9AM FINAL SHOWDOWN and closing ceremonies! Think, Ugly Sweaters.
