Tribe Kids is a program for kids ages 5-11 that focuses on fun while teaching them to run, jump, push, pull, squat, lunge, and climb.  Our goal is to build body awareness and good form.  We are training their muscle memory, so that in sports and in life, at age 5 and age 85, they can be active and avoid injury.  The 45-minute class is divided into 4 parts: Warm-Up, Focus (where we learn a skill or focus on form), WOD (Workout Of the Day – a 5-10 minute workout), and a Game.
Ages: 5-10
Dates: February 6, 2017
Days/Times: Mondays and Wednesdays 4:30pm
Cost: $225 first child, $125 siblings

For Tribe members: $199 first child, $99 siblings

Teen Tribe is designed to coach teens and pre-teens how to lift safely and efficiently.  If your child (11 and older) wants to focus on increasing strength and proper lifting form, this is the class for them!  We will teach your child proper form and functional movement that will improve their performance in any other sport they play, as well as give them a foundation for a lifetime of fitness.  The 1-hour class will consist of a Warm-Up, a Strength or Skill portion, and a WOD (Workout Of the Day).
Ages: 11+
Dates: Starts January 24
Days/Times: Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:30pm and runs year round

Cost: $125 For a Tribe 8 Class Punch card. Card can be reloaded at any time.
