We understand that there are countless methods of training to help people achieve their health and fitness goals. Here at The Tribe, we have taken our CrossFit training background, and combined it with a Strength & Conditioning approach to offer our members a one-of-a-kind workout experience!
We offer Strength & Conditioning, Personal Training, Small Group Training, Durability Classes and much more. We work with a very diverse member base that includes MLB players, business owners, stay-at-home moms, all the way down middle schoolers. Our goal is to help the individual thrive in their work place, sport or simply everyday activities.
At The Tribe, we have a unique class structure unlike any other gym. As a class, we complete a general and specific warm-up that prepares our athletes for the programmed workout. For Part 1, our athletes have a choice between Strength, Performance or Conditioning focused workouts. Each workout will go on at the same time and will focus on the same muscle groups and movement types. However, an athlete choosing strength will be working at near maximal weights whereas an athlete choosing conditioning will be working at much lighter or even bodyweight for a more low-impact style workout. Performance would fall in between the two and might also focus on specific technique work. Concluding Part 1, we come back together as a class for Part 2 and complete the ‘WOD’ as a group.
Any and all workouts can be modified to compliment the athletes skill level and all Coaches ensure all members are aware of that!
