Rest day fun: these days, rest days are pretty boring (and far too often! haha) I wish rest days meant time at the river, lake, beach, or pool!
What I love about my Tribe?: I love the sense of caring that exists here! You immediately feel that the coaches truly care about the people, and are invested in them so much more than just as athletes or "customers". Plus there are tons of ways to get involved and grow your community- whether it's through Breaking Down the Walls for ladies, yoga class, men's retreats, or other events that come up throughout the year. My husband and I definitely are excited about being a part of this Tribe!!
Favorite movement: Back Squat! handstand push-ups are pretty fun, although I'm not great at them 😂
Least favorite movement: anything that requires arm strength, because I'm weak, haha!! I don't have anything I really dislike, because I know even the yuck stuff is an opportunity to improves my areas of weakness
Favorite cheat meal: PIZZA! Bacon cheeseburger and fries? ....Fried chicken.....maybe tacos?? Nothing is a cheat meal when you are pregnant! 😂😂

Burpees and Strict Pull-ups
Favorite cheat meal:
Big ol’ greasy bacon cheeseburger with a jalapeño on the side ☝🏼 and a Dr Pepper

Shopping or any physical outdoor activities.
What I love about my Tribe?:
Community - I’ve had the opportunity to meet a lot of wonderful like-minded people who motivate and push me to do better. The friendships made go beyond the four walls.
- Amazing Coaching Staff - It is obvious that all of our coaches are invested in what they do. Motivation... technique tips... they got it! Shout out to coach P for always having me push the needle! 💪🏼
- Ownership - Always finding ways to better serve their tribe: lending out equipment during pandemic, open gym, weightlifting classes, bdtw

What I Love About My Tribe? It's a great family environment, everyone is very supportive and everyone motivates you to be better, I have also made a bunch of amazing friends within the short time I've been here.
Our DMA Award Winner for the month of January is Molly! Molly is one of the sweetest and hardest working people you will ever meet. She is one of the sneakiest best athletes at The Tribe. You can see her doing all sorts of crazy upside movements and showing us all up on muscle ups and toes to bar. This girl is impressive. We are beyond grateful to have her kind spirit at The Tribe. Congrats girl for receiving this award.
FAVORITE MOVEMENT:
Of course anything gymnastics/upside down 🙃 but other than that, snatches!
LEAST FAVORITE MOVEMENT:
Anything with an -uster! Thruster, cluster, buster (the ones with burpees), etc...!
FAVORITE CHEAT MEAL:
Fuego! Steak tacos and roasted poblano queso hits the spot everytime!
REST DAY FUN:
Days I’m not at the Tribe I’m typically training or coaching gymnastics (my own version of fun!) but outside of the gym(s) you’ll find me biking, hiking, golfing or just exploring.
WHAT I LOVE ABOUT MY TRIBE:
I love the everyday things that make up the extraordinary Tribe family. It’s about getting to watch someone go full send on a workout that was practically written for them and celebrating their strengths while the rest of us are dying on the floor. It’s about seeing the gym kiddos charge at you full speed for a hug. It’s about the mentorship and guidance from everyone on fitness, to faith, to family, or work...even if I just met them. It’s the 5:30pm crew pushing the limits and never backing down. Ever. Man I could go on and on but the hundreds of memories and things I’m grateful for everyday make walking through the door of the Tribe feel like such a privilege!

WHAT I LOVE ABOUT MY TRIBE: The Tribe is a place to grow in every aspect of life. I’ve been challenged physically but also mentally and spiritually. We are all on each other’s team and want to see each other be successful and challenge ourselves. It’s been such a blast so far!
