Our group classes are a unique experience. We train as a group while allowing you to work on your individual goals. We follow CrossFit training methods while allowing for our experienced coaching staff to do what they do best… COACH! Everything can be modified to each individual’s abilities and goals! Athletes of all levels and experience are welcome!
